1. Go to http://www.whatismyip.com/
2. Copy the IP ADDRESS and PASTE it in the form below.
    (Example: 111.222.111.222)
 
+ How To Get [Speed Test URL]:
2. Click BEGIN TEST and wait for the test to complete.
3. Click SHARE THIS RESULT and COPY the URL.
4. PASTE it in the form below.
    (Example: http://www.speedtest.net/result/9999999999.png)
  
+ How To Get [Traceroute Result]:
(For Video On Demand ONLY, not required for Live Streaming)

A) Windows Steps:
1. Go to START > RUN and type cmd and press the Enter key.
    (On Windows 98 or ME, type command instead and press the Enter key)
2. In the command prompt, type tracert octopustv.fc.llnwd.net
3. Wait up to a minute or more for the test to complete.
4. COPY EVERY LINE of the traceroute results and PASTE it in the form below.
    (Example: 2  60ms  81ms  40ms  www.domain.com [111.222.111.222])

B) Mac OS X Steps:
1. Double-click the Hard Drive icon and navigate to Applications > Utilities.
2. Open Terminal and type traceroute octopustv.fc.llnwd.net.
3. Wait up to a minute or more for the test to complete.
4. COPY EVERY LINE of the traceroute results and PASTE it in the form below.
    (Example: 2  60ms  81ms  40ms  www.domain.com [111.222.111.222])
